All purchases made through BLUPRNT are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.

EXCHANGES (48 HOURS)
We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

The item received is defective due to a production fault

The item delivered is incorrect (wrong product or size sent)
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and order details for verification.
Once approved, we will offer:

An exchange or replacement (subject to availability), or

Store credit of equal value if a replacement is not available
CONDITION OF ITEMS
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Returned in original condition with tags (where applicable)
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
